    Start house hunting

Having conditional approval means we’ve agreed to loan you a certain amount of money based on the information you’ve provided. At this point, you’re not committed to anything and our offer lasts for 90 days as long as you continue to meet the criteria.

This means you’ll be able to move quickly and make an offer when you find a house you want and you can focus on looking at houses within your price range.

    The settlement

We'll send the final documents to your lawyer, and they'll need to schedule the settlement date.

Your loan will then be drawn down and the money transferred to your vendor. Once the vendor receives it, your lawyer will complete the process and you’ll be able to pick up the keys.
