Learn how to make a transfer and move money from one account to another within the mobile app or internet banking.

  1. Transfer money within the mobile app

    1. Log in to the mobile app.
    2. Tap 'Pay & transfer' at the bottom of the screen.
    3. Select 'Transfer money'.
    4. Under ‘From’, tap ‘Select an account’.
    5. Select the account you'd like to transfer money from.
    6. Under ‘To’, tap ‘Select an account’
    7. Select the account you'd like to transfer money to.
    8. Enter any statement details.
    9. Tap 'Make transfer'.
    10. Select ‘Confirm’.

Transfer money within internet banking

  1. Log in to internet banking.
  2. Click 'Pay & Transfer'.
  3. Select 'Transfer'.
  4. Select the account you'd like to transfer money from.
  5. Select the account you'd like to transfer money to.
  6. Enter any statement details.
  7. Click 'Review'
  8. Click 'Confirm'.
