To request paying your full home loan balance and then close your account, send us a secure message within internet banking or the mobile app with the following details:

• Subject line: Repay home loan balance
• Account number: to make payment from
• Home loan account number: receiving the repayment and to be closed
• Date: to close the home loan account
• Preferred contact number

If any fees/costs apply, we'll be in touch to advise what the cost might be before actioning the request.

We'll email you any home loan disclosures resulting from your request to your nominated email account. If you don't want us to email these disclosures to you please let us know in your secure message to us and we'll send a letter to you.
