Temporarily block a card
Loading a block on your card will stop any transactions being made. The block can be removed at any time within the mobile app or internet banking.
Cancel a card
If you think your card is permanently lost or stolen within or outside New Zealand, please cancel your card immediately.
Replace a card
Ordering a replacement card will cancel your old card and a replacement will be mailed to you.
