If you've added a new mobile number, you can easily verify it within the mobile app or internet banking.

    Verify within the mobile app

    After you've added a new or updated your mobile number, you'll need to verify it.

    1. Log in to our mobile app.
    2. Tap 'More' at the bottom of your screen.
    3. Select 'Settings'.
    4. Go to 'Security'.
    5. Tap 'Verify mobile'.
    6. Answer your KeepSafe question.
    7. Tap 'Continue'.
    8. Enter your New Zealand mobile number.
    9. Tap 'Verify mobile'.
    10. Enter the SMS one-time PIN sent to your New Zealand mobile number.
    11. Tap 'Verify'.

Internet banking

Verify within internet banking

After you've added a new or updated your mobile number, you'll need to verify it.

  1. Log in to internet banking.
  2. Click 'Settings' at the top of the screen.
  3. Under 'Personal settings and details', click 'Personal details'.
  4. Click 'Verify' next to your new or updated mobile number.
  5. Enter the SMS one-time PIN sent to your new New Zealand mobile number.
  6. Click 'Submit'.
