If you need to check or update your Resident Withholding Tax (RWT) or Prescribed Investor Rate (PIR), you can do this directly through our online banking – it's easy and fast.

    Check your RWT rate or PIR

    1. Log in to the mobile app.
    2. Tap 'More' at the bottom of the screen.
    3. Select 'Settings'.
    4. Tap 'Personal Details'.
    5. Select 'Tax Details' and check your details.

    Update your RWT rate or PIR

    1. Tap 'Edit'.
    2. Answer one of your KeepSafe questions.
    3. Tap 'Continue'.
    4. Edit your chosen tax detail.
    5. Tap 'Done' to save.

Internet banking

Check or update your RWT rate or PIR within internet banking

  1. Log in to internet banking.
  2. Click 'Settings' at the top of the screen.
  3. Under 'Personal settings and details', click 'Personal Details'.
  4. Under 'Tax details' check or update your RWT rate or PIR.
  5. Click 'Save details' if you made an update.

No internet banking or mobile app access?

  • Check your statements to see what PIR or RWT rate is used for your end of month interest. If this is correct you don’t need to contact us.
  • To make changes to your RWT rate or PIR, call us.
