It's important to keep your contact information up to date so that:
- We can contact you if we need to
- Any cards we issue to you are sent to the correct address
- You can use multiple methods to authenticate and secure your online banking
You can do this easily online, but if you don't have our mobile app or internet banking, contact us.
Before giving us a call make sure you have your access number and the ID you used to open your account (usually your driver’s licence or passport).

Check and update your postal address, email address and phone number online.
Verify your mobile number
If you've added a new mobile number you can easily verify it within the mobile app or internet banking.
