Update your bank statement preference

Using internet banking, you can select and update how your bank statements are delivered to you for each of your accounts, as well as update your email address if you choose to receive your statements online.

Update your statement preference within internet banking

This functionality is only available within internet banking.

  1. Log in to internet banking.
  2. Click 'Settings' at the top of the screen.
  3. Under 'Personal settings and details', click 'Statement settings'.
  4. Click either 'Online' or 'Email' as your preferred delivery method for each of your accounts. If you choose online, to update the email address that statements are emailed to, delete the displayed email address and enter your preferred email address.
  5. Click on ‘Save settings’.
