Lost or stolen cards
If your card has been lost or stolen, you can call us anytime on 0800 113 355 or +64 4 473 1133 from overseas and we’ll cancel your card immediately. You can also block your card temporarily using your mobile app or within internet banking.

Reset internet banking password
If you verified your mobile number with us, you can reset your password online through internet banking. We’ll text you an SMS one-time code and you’ll need to be able to answer your KeepSafe questions. Find out more.

Reset your mobile app security code
You can reset your mobile app security code by entering your internet banking password, either via the login help option or after entering your security code three times incorrectly. Find out more.

Report suspicious email
Within communications we send, we'll never ask you to disclose your internet banking login details or ask you to click on a link to login to internet banking. If you think you’ve been sent an email that doesn’t look like it’s from us, don't respond or click on any links – please forward it to suspicious.email@kiwibank.co.nz.
