The team navigates the needs of the organisation and represent the needs of Māori within Kiwibank.
In my role I wear the Māori Advisory hat but I’m also me, so I give from a deep and personal part of me, even though it’s for my job. It’s a different feeling when you do things in such an intentional way, not treating a meeting or a conversation like a transaction – people walk away with a feeling of warmth and enlightenment, and I feel like this makes a big difference.Keiha Te Ngoungou, Māori Advisor
