Enterprise Operations (EO) supports our frontline teams across the bank to ensure that we deliver on our brand and customer service promises. Our teams play an important role in protecting the financial interests of both our customers and our own business. We draw on Ngā Kiritaki – Customer at the heart, to focus on delivering strong outcomes for our customers and the bank.
The day-to-day
It’s all about creating a seamless and efficient operating environment that drives good customer outcomes and enables the bank to quickly respond to changing market demands and customer needs. To achieve this we undertake a multitude of tasks such as:
- offering customer loan support (for Retail & Business customers)
- verifying customers identity
- protecting customers from the impacts of fraud
- providing customer care solutions
- undertaking customer cards, payments and operational activity
- resolving customer issues by making it right and complaint resolution
- supporting wholesale and international customers.
I love working for the Customers, Cards & Payments team because, for starters they're totally an inspiring bunch. Our leaders encourage personal growth as well as teamwork.
