Your mobile service provider may charge you data costs for accessing internet banking. Kiwibank does not charge for Mobile Internet Banking. Mobile Internet Banking is not available to business customers. iPhone and iPod are trademarks of Apple Inc. Windows is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation in the United States and other countries.
Mobile Internet Banking uses secure socket layer (SSL) to keep your information as safe and secure as possible from hackers and fraud. However, we recommend using caution if you use Wifi to connect to the internet. Use the highest form of Wifi encryption possible (usually this will be WPA2) to minimise your exposure to risk.
Please note you can only transfer funds between your accounts, so there is no 'KeepSafe' ability for the Mobile Internet Banking. However, if you access Kiwibank's regular internet banking on your smartphone, 'KeepSafe' will be active.
Kiwibank will never send you an email asking you to verify your username and password. Kiwibank will also never send you an email containing a link to the login page. If you are ever sent such an email, you can report it here.
For help with accessing internet banking on your mobile phone, please call us on 0800 11 33 55.
